Jason is among the top realtors in the Tampa Bay area. His comprehensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay real estate industry is an asset to both buyers and sellers.
Keeping up with the trends and new information entering the real estate market is important to Jason. Through his efforts in continuing his education beyond his Broker’s License, Jason is now a Certified Distressed Property Expert, “e-Pro Certified” by the National Association of Realtors and accreditation for superior knowledge of internet real estate marketing. In addition, he is a Luxury Real Estate Specialist, having spent many hours of study in order to better his knowledge of high-end luxury property marketing.
He is also a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization, the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Jason knows the “ins and outs” of Real Estate and the local market. He holds a Florida Mortgage Broker’s License, Florida Real Estate Broker’s License and degrees in Marketing and Administrative Management from the University of Wisconsin.

Barbara has very strong customer service, managing and long term client relations background. Taking special care of all the details involved in your transaction is one of her specialties assuring a smooth transition into your new home. Barbara also focuses her attention to continuing her education in Real Estate and joins the staff with 30 years experience in the title insurance field.
